你好吗? read ‘ni(2) hao(3) ma(1)’ means ‘how are you?’
我很好 read ‘wo(3) hen(2) hao(3)’ means ‘I’m fine’
你几岁? read ‘ni(3) ji(2) sui(4)’ means ‘how old are you?’
我二十岁 read ‘wo(3) er(4) shi(2) sui(4)’ means ‘I’m twenty years old’
你住在哪里? Read ‘ni(3) zhu(4) zai(4) na(2) li(3)’ means ‘Where do you live?’
我住在印尼 read ‘wo(3) zhu(4) zai(4) yin(4) ni(2)’ means ‘I live in Indonesia’
你有几个兄弟姐妹? Read ‘ni(2) you(3) ji(3) ge(4) xiong(1) di(4) jie(3) mei(4)’ means ‘How many brothers and sisters do you have?’
我有一个哥哥,两个妹妹 read wo(2) you(3) yi(2) ge(4) ge(1) ge(1), liang(2) ge(4) mei(4) mei(4)’.

This 两 characters usually use for represent two.

    What those things means ?—- etc. hao(3) what mean that 3 in there ?

    All Right, we know that mandarin have four intonation, ex. hao(3) that means this character use the third intonation. You can see the sample or download it at the “Four Intonation” page.
